Yes. Stripe subscriptions can be cancelled from your Stripe billing portal at any time — you'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. USDT payments don't auto-renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe, or USDT (TRC-20) if crypto payments are enabled on this platform.
Does Premium Membership affect my provider listing?
No. Premium Membership gives you deeper access to platform intelligence — it's separate from Featured Listing placement for payment providers. If you're a PSP looking to feature your listing in our directory, see Advertise With Us — Featured Listing is a standalone product, managed from your business dashboard, and you don't need a Premium Membership to buy it.
How fast does USDT payment get confirmed?
Our team verifies USDT transaction proofs within 24–48 hours. Your Premium perks activate as soon as it's confirmed.
I run a payment provider listed on HRPA Registry — do I need Premium?
No. Premium Membership is for people researching and comparing providers. If you want your own listing to stand out in the directory, that's Featured Listing — bought separately from your business dashboard, and it doesn't unlock any of the Premium features on this page.
What happens if I let my subscription lapse?
Your account reverts to a free membership — you keep your existing saved comparisons and bookmarks, but you're capped back to the free-tier limits (3 providers per comparison, 5 saved comparisons, 20 bookmarks) and paywalled reports go back to pay-per-report until you resubscribe.
